| Play is a wonderful method of relieving stress and anxiety. For me, swirling paint into gel medium or sprinkling glitter on top of glue is a great escape route. On one stressful day, I came home, dropped my daily stack of ungraded test papers, and ran to my studio. I pulled paint, blank canvases, Diamond Dust, stencils, and Glimmer Mist. The spraying, swirling, and creating began. Here is the result of my “escaping” on a very stressful day: Beauty can come from tension. |
